Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website located at stynaco.com and set forth the general framework under which Stynaco provides digital product, software engineering, and digital growth services to clients in India and internationally.

01

Introduction & Legal Identity

Stynaco (“Stynaco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a technology and digital solutions studio operating from Sawantwadi, Maharashtra, India. We specialize in engineering custom software applications, multi-tenant SaaS products, AI automation systems, performance marketing campaigns, and digital content systems for startups, scaling enterprises, and established businesses.

Notice Concerning Legal Structure:

Stynaco operates as a professional technology studio and commercial enterprise. Individual client engagements and contractual deliverables may be executed under specific business registrations, statements of work, or service agreements tailored to the client’s jurisdiction.

02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or interacting with the Stynaco website, or by submitting inquiries, audit requests, or project briefs through our online channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our accompanying Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue using the website and refrain from submitting inquiries through our digital channels. These general website terms govern public browsing and informational interactions; formal development projects, retained services, and SaaS subscriptions are additionally governed by individual written agreements.

03

Service Categories & Deliverables

Stynaco provides professional services across five core disciplines:

  • Software Development: Custom full-stack web and mobile applications, backend microservices, robust API integrations, and cloud infrastructure deployment.
  • SaaS Product Development: Multi-tenant application architecture, subscription and billing workflows, onboarding pipelines, role-based access systems, and scalable product engineering.
  • AI Automation: Autonomous agent workflows, intelligent document processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, CRM automation, and internal tooling integrations.
  • Performance Marketing: Search engine optimization (SEO), data-driven paid acquisition campaigns, conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics implementation, and funnel engineering.
  • Content Creation: Digital asset production, brand positioning copy, technical documentation, visual design systems, and multi-channel campaign collateral.

General descriptions of services on the website are for informational and exploratory purposes. Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, milestone schedules, service levels, and costs are defined exclusively in individual proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or written service agreements.

04

Client Agreements & Scope of Work

When a client engages Stynaco for a software, SaaS, automation, marketing, or design project, the engagement is formalized through a dedicated written contract (such as a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or signed commercial proposal).

Contract Precedence & Commercial Terms:

In the event of any conflict between these general website Terms & Conditions and a specific executed Statement of Work or Client Agreement, the terms of the specific executed agreement shall take precedence regarding that project.

Commercial policies—including deposit requirements, payment milestones, cancellation terms, acceptance testing periods, and support retainers—are established in the project agreement.

05

Client Responsibilities

Successful project delivery requires active, timely collaboration. When engaging our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete business specifications, functional requirements, and contextual assets.
  • Ensure that all content, data, trademarks, images, and materials provided to Stynaco are lawful and free of third-party copyright or IP infringement.
  • Furnish necessary access credentials, third-party API keys, and repository permissions in a secure manner.
  • Deliver timely feedback, design sign-offs, and milestone approvals to maintain agreed delivery timelines.
  • Appoint an authorized primary contact empowered to make binding project decisions and clarifications.
06

Intellectual Property Rights

We maintain clear distinctions regarding the ownership of software, creative assets, and intellectual property:

1. Stynaco Pre-Existing Materials: Stynaco retains all right, title, and interest in its pre-existing tools, proprietary libraries, design frameworks, reusable code modules, algorithms, boilerplates, and general know-how developed independently of the client engagement.

2. Client-Provided Materials: The client retains sole ownership and intellectual property rights in all data, brand assets, proprietary business logic, trademarks, and content supplied to Stynaco for the purpose of executing the project.

3. Project Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in the applicable written agreement, upon receipt of full payment for all agreed milestones, ownership or exclusive licensing of custom deliverables created specifically for the client shall transfer to the client as stipulated in the contract.

4. Third-Party & Open-Source Components: Software solutions may incorporate open-source libraries (e.g., under MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD) or third-party commercial components. Such components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

07

Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to use Stynaco’s website and communication channels solely for legitimate business inquiries and lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Stynaco’s hosting servers, code repositories, or internal systems.
  • Deploy malicious software, automated scraping bots, vulnerability scanners, or denial-of-service attacks.
  • Submit misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful information through contact or audit forms.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of Stynaco or any third party.
  • Use Stynaco’s brand name, trademarks, or visual assets without express written permission.
08

Third-Party Services & Integrations

Stynaco projects frequently integrate trusted third-party cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Supabase), payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay), communication APIs (e.g., Twilio, SendGrid), analytics tools, and external databases.

While Stynaco implements industry best practices for robust integration, we do not operate, control, or guarantee the uninterrupted availability, uptime, pricing structures, or policy changes of third-party providers. Clients maintain direct responsibility for their own third-party accounts, subscription costs, and compliance with respective terms of service.

09

AI-Powered Services & Outputs

Where Stynaco builds or implements artificial intelligence workflows, autonomous agents, predictive pipelines, or natural language systems, the following principles apply:

  • Human Verification: Outputs produced by generative AI models and automated agents may occasionally contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or non-deterministic variances. Critical business, legal, financial, or operational decisions should be validated with human oversight.
  • Model Provider Terms: AI integrations rely on external model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud). Stynaco configures enterprise API standards that prohibit training on client payload data whenever supported by the provider.
  • Data Privacy Reference: Personal data handling within AI systems is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy.
10

Performance Marketing & Content

Stynaco provides technical search engine optimization, paid ad campaign architecture, and digital growth systems designed to maximize commercial reach and conversion.

External Platform Factors:

Digital marketing outcomes depend upon third-party algorithms (including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn), ad auction costs, organic competitor activity, client budget allocations, and market dynamics outside Stynaco’s control.

Consequently, Stynaco does not guarantee specific organic ranking positions, lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue totals unless explicitly stated in a specific performance guarantee contract signed by both parties.

11

SaaS Products & Proprietary Tools

For proprietary SaaS applications, internal utilities, or client portals released publicly or in beta by Stynaco, access is subject to product-specific terms of service, subscription tiers, and service level agreements published in connection with the respective product.

Unless explicitly confirmed during a live subscription checkout or pilot agreement, general showcase descriptions on this website do not constitute an open commercial SaaS offering.

12

Warranties & Disclaimers

This website, its content, case studies, and interactive digital features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Stynaco does not warrant that the website will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful viruses or cyber vulnerabilities. Custom software deliverables for clients are subject to the specific warranty, acceptance testing, and maintenance terms set forth in individual project agreements.

13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Stynaco nor its founders, engineers, or contractors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, goodwill impairment, or system downtime, arising out of or in connection with your access to or inability to use this website.

Mandatory Legal Protections:

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection or statutory laws.

14

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access, digital audit requests, or active inquiry communication immediately and without prior notice in circumstances involving:

  • Material violation of these Terms & Conditions or acceptable use rules.
  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
  • Security threats directed at our servers, client infrastructure, or internal tools.
  • Non-payment or material breach of an executed client service contract, subject to the notice provisions of that contract.
15

Privacy & Data Protection

Our handling of personal information, digital audit submissions, cookie preferences, and client data is detailed in our dedicated Privacy Policy.

Please review the full policy at stynaco.com/privacy-policy to understand how we collect, store, and safeguard your data.

16

Changes to These Terms

We may periodically update these Terms & Conditions to reflect advancements in our technology offerings, changes in commercial practices, or updates to legal and regulatory frameworks.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Modified terms take effect upon posting to this URL and do not apply retroactively to executed project contracts unless expressly agreed in writing.

17

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These website Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, with primary jurisdiction in the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.

Notice for International Client Engagements:

Stynaco regularly collaborates with clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
